Drag and drop from Dash to Desktop doesn't work

Today I get this issue on my home computer. It's have not autologon and
was locked after idle time. It's not a clean install too, upgraded from
13.10.

The following fixed it for me, in Ubuntu 12.04 Precise, using Gnome
Classic/Compiz:
1) Add the following 2 lines to file /etc/pulse/default.pa:
load-sample-lazy bell-windowing-system /usr/share/sounds/ubuntu/stereo/bell.ogg
load-module module-x11-bell sample=bell-windowing-system
2) Run "pulseau
Yes, I am use Unity. I have autologon on boot (for ) and during work several
times per day I lock my computer or it's locked after idle time. This issue
happens several times per day, so now I just turn off autolock on idle and dont
lock my computer manually.
I'm often use 2xclient and remmina
My installation is not clean, it's upgrade from 13.10.

I found post about same behaviour (Unity windows in background) in

In my case "unity --replace" (temporarily?) fixed problem.

I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 and once I noticed behaviour described in comment
#4: alt-tab works, but it's window is behind other windows --- I can see
it if I do alt-tab on workspace without windows. Also, such bug once
occured on computer of my friend.
