sure if it is not more or less abandonded these days, but does not this
make it rather useless? Was not it supposed to learn th efrequency of
things you use so that they can be then displayed as first results in
the Dash? i.e.
Hm, I cannot reproduce it now on 15.10 even though it used to happen
always. (I always do a clean isntall but my ~ directory is about ten
yours old).

Yes, I have autologin on, so the indicator never gets displayed. Logging
out and in makes it appear. Can other confirm?
Also, I am still on 14.04, is this still the case on the developement

13.04, not in 12.10 like this one, this one seems to be about a race
condition, that one is , to quote sabdfl:

What happens: Application scope stops giving results
What should happen: Application scope should still give results
How to fix it once it happen:

the window opened from the trash launcher.
And also what happens when one goes to trash from a normal nautilus window.
