Public bug reported: Hi there, Found the /var/lib/cloud/instance became to a directory from Ubuntu18.04.1 and Ubuntu18.10, it was a symbolic link on Ubuntu18.04 GA. Want to know the reason of this change, since it makes cloud-init fails on Ubuntu18.04.1 and Ubuntu18.10, see details at https://bug
