Probably we could improve the pairing behaviour by editing some configurations files in /etc/bluetooth/.. (on mobile phone and/or workstation) I remember, that this solved an issue pairing my workstation and a HarmanKardon BT headset. The car audio issue could only be solved on mobile phone conf
