Update, only occurs when language is set to non English. Perhaps corrupt
translations?

The categories in unity-lens-applications are wrong.
1. They are shown twice (in English and the local language);
2. the categories show the wrong set of applications.
This "bug" was introduced in Unity 7 on Trusty Thar and still exists in
Utopic Unicorn (Development Branch)
