When changing background image in Ubuntu 14.04 (or any earlier version)

I don't think it has to do something with Nautilus. If you have one
INSTANCE of LibreOffice application opened, the second one will cause
this menu problem. In my case, it always happens because LO
QuickLauncher runs in the background.
