Times for other locations that are shown in the menu are not formatted
the same way that the indicator menu bar clock is formated.
To reproduce (from the default config):
1. Go to Time & Date Settings -> Clock
2. Select "In the clock, show: 24-hour time"
3. Check "Time in ot

copy /home/corrado/.local/share/zeitgeist from a different installation (Zesty
on same PC)
seems solving the problem
