According to my handy dandy research the cursor theme seems to be
missing at least the following cursors to be complete:
all-scroll
cell
center_ptr
context-menu
The only one I've explicitly noticed missing is the all-scroll cursor.

As the GLEW maintainer my suggestion would be to only continue with MX
packages for GLEW 1.13. There is no good reason to continue using GLEW
1.x aside from the MX multi-thread, multi-context support.
