I am logged into a gnome-flashback compiz session. When I click on the
icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Log Out..."
from the resulting menu, I always get a dialog with the following
content:
Are you sure you want to close all programs and log out?

I have open claws mail get new messages and when I read the messages I
still have icon that indicate that there are unread messages, It's fixed
when I pick from context menu work offline two times.

After some testing, I can confirm:
Clock vibration setting: makes no difference, problem still occurs.
Plugged in and charging: makes no difference, problem still occurs.
Restarting phone: resolves problem temporarily.
