I don't know how I could reproduce this consistently, but I'm affected
by this bug. Shortly after encountering it I had a crash that seemed to
restart the display manager/X entirely, so I'm sure state was lost, but
if there's any information on what to do to properly gather information

I can conform this bug. Unity freezes only if i drag window by selecting
and dragging title, else if i drag it by selecting anywhere else it
works fine.
