I have the same symptoms as #16. ctrl+alt+t doesn't work, but
ctrl+alt+y, for example, does work if I assign ctrl-alt-y to the
terminal shortcut. I have 15.04 running on a System 76 Kudu
Professional. ctrl-alt-l doesn't work either.
Also, as #8 mentioned, the PrtSc/SysRq button appears to do no

I just upgraded to Vivid and I've got this same problem. CTRL+ALT+T
doesn't open a terminal and CTRL+ALT+L doesn't lock the screen. I can
assign those features to other shortcuts, it works, but if I assign it
back to CTRL+ALT+T, it doesn't work anymore again.

I used nano to successfully edit the 95-upower-csr.rules in elementary

I would like to add that this bug is also present in Ubuntu 15.10. I
have been testing it out for a month now, and seems like this still
persists.

Public bug reported:
The dash can remember the settings for filtered results for the entire session,
but not beyond that.
For example, in the application lens I want to disable the Software center
source in the list of the available apps. I can do this by going to the filter
button and click on
