so I am forced to use a PPA back port in a 6000 user corporate deployment
as they have no plans to rework their code in the next 5 years.

also the fact that they told nobody about it; and other devs are forced
to waste time discovering this fact.
Either follow the spec; or change the spec so people will know what to
expect. Both variants are one-liner patches.

Mine now isn't updating even if I close and re-open the menu. The title
