Hello, i've an issue after installing dpsace, while trying to upload a file
in a new item.
After progressbar finished, apperas an error message (Upload failed), and
in the browser console gets this response, with 201 status code.

I am using the rest api of dspace 7 to integrate dspace with an academic
management system, and I need to know if there is currently an endpoint to
be able to search for items within the workspace by using a metadata field
(i'm using identifier that to link the data in both systems).

Today the angular client stopped working, after restarting it it works for
a few minutes and stops.
In the nodejs console I found messages similar to these
