In order to be considered a secure repository we need 2 people to control
and authorize the deletion of an item or collection.
It seems that this feature does not come by default with DSpace.
Does anyone know if we can define a workflow to have an item deleted if 2
people approve

We are migrating from DSpace 5 to 7.6.
Everything goes smooth but we have copied production database to test
environment and when we change handle prefix it takes t lng and
finally does not update.
After 17 hours we see the below dialog...
# time ./dspace update-handle-prefix

It seems a bug on DSpace 7.6.1 when trying to add EPeople to a Group
following this sequence:
*Acces Control -> Groups -> Search groups -> Edit group *
I get these errors
