Hi guys
I would consider upgrading to 7.6.1. There are a few performance fixes in
this bug release:

Specifically https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/2482. A bug

Dear Nada Aboueata
The code changes needed to upgrade jQuery to 3 were extensive and can be
reviewed here: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/2918
You may want to try to create a patch. I don't know how easy that would be.
I would highly recommend you to upgrade to DSpace 7 as DSpace 6 is no
Hi Sarah
There will be no further software releases for those major versions.
Have you read

?
Tech questions will surely be answered.

Hello Alexander
To the best of my knowledge, there is currently no supported way of doing
this using DSpace UI.
There are two PRs to DSpace 6 (assuming that's the version you're using)
intended to support such functionality:

and

Hi Arunendra
That's a bit of an ask.
Here =>

You will find hardware recommendations split into minimum, mid and high-end.
To optimize search you should run the index-discovery job see =>

Hello Saul
It seems that you have a bean called "OrcidSource" referenced that does not
get compiled. Perhaps this: https://github.com/ORCID/ORCID-Source ?
I find it likely that this customized Orcid plugin was integrated into your
6.1 source code but has not been ported to your 6.3 code.

Hello everyone
Yes, this is a known issue. The old SHERPA/ROMEO api has been
decommissioned.
When DSpace 6.4 is released there will be an upgrade that will use the new
api.
Until then, unfortunately, the Sherpa/Romeo feature needs to be disabled.
