the created libdrm_amdgpu device also uses that master fd, so we can
use it for prioritized submission.
radv does all interaction with other APIs/processes with dma-bufs,

Just tested kernel 5.0-rc1, the boot problem with monitor going to sleep is
still happening. Same workaround (turn the monitor off / on, switch to tty1,
restart sddm) helps.
