replace the rockchip_drm_encoder_get_mux_id() call in dw-mipi-dsi.c. The
first two patches are unchanged, I'm just looking for feedback whether
I should include the rockchip patch in the next imx-drm pull request.

This is a left over from the great clean ups in the past. It's confusing as
