Some of the code seems to be copy-pasted from
dri2_drawable_process_buffers. The MSAA color and depth-stencil
texture allocation could be moved to a common function.

I'm not aware of any function that just allocates a single major/minor
pair completely dynamically. Is there one that you could point me to?

Indeed, it does prevent all of the above. So I guess the new hyperz
implementation for radeonsi is buggy for me... Anyway, it would be preferable
to only have the application crash and not the driver. :)
