Fixes long delay when waiting for scrubber on some secret engines.
The exit interrupt seems to not always be generated, so use secret
scrubber active register instead.
Later fuc engines also no longer generate an interrupt, so don't wait there.

For the record, 3D rendering appears fine both with and without MSAA; and I'd
intended to say that, without MSAA, rendering may apparently stop while the
program continues running otherwise normally.

I bisected it. THough it looks like the behavior changed halfway, I was getting
kernel crashes for this commit for example.

This one was a plain crash, while the first one I opened the report about was a
corruption but no crash.
