I've taken most of these patches except for the G2D and Virtual drivers,
If you can make the virtual driver rebase without G2D I don't see an
issue with merging it, it didn't seem to apply cleanly here.

this update adds new features below:
- add HDMI version 1.4 and Audio support.
- add mode_fixup feature.
. hdmi module would change current mode to driver desired mode properly.
- updated gem and buffer framework.
. we can allocate physically continuous or non-continuous
