I should clarify my previous comment. Mesa 10.0 works for me without artifacts.
So my main problem seems to be solved.
Should I open a new bug for GLES2 issue?

Looks like a tiling issue. Please attach your xorg log and dmesg output. You
can disable tiling by adding:
Option "ColorTiling" "false"
to the device section of your xorg.conf
