Ok, sry, problem with off/on display is still there.
But with HDMI - DVI-D cable i have solid black screen instead of solid green
screen with HDMI-HDMI cable

weird story continues. I've switched cable HDMI - HDMI to HDMI - DVI-D (so
right now i cannot have full supported resolution by Dell U3014, but flickering
is gone and when i turn off and on display, i dont' have solid

this issue seems connected also with HDMI.
I've connected whole desktop to older display, which has only DVI input and
used cable deskto-HDMI -> display-DVI and there is no issue, when i turn off
the display.
