the problem seems to be gone in newer kernel version. I just tested a SUSE
tumbleweed with kernel 5.1.5-1 .

Because system hangs up after loading amdgpu module, I cannot get dmesg
directly at that time.
Therefore, I load efi-pstore module to store the dmesg in efi before panic
happens.
