I reproduced the panic when I tried to suspend when radeon was loaded without
radeon.dpm=1.
I was _not_ able to reproduce the panic with kernel-3.10.0-rc7 that I had lying
around in my /boot directory.

Hi Dave,
I'm resending this pull request due to Christian's email on the ioctl
patch-set.
Highlights:
- Complete overhaul to the main IOCTL function, kfd_ioctl(), according to
drm_ioctl() example. This includes changing the IOCTL definitions, so it
breaks compatibility with previous versi

Hi Dave,
Here are a couple of bug fixes for the non-HWS path (used for bring-ups and
debugging purposes only).
Our QA team run a test on -rc2 and didn't discover any regressions,
so I don't expect an additionl pull request for 3.19 unless something
unexpected will pop-up.

So my el-cheapo UHD Dell monitor is unhappy with dmps, and just never
wakes up from it.
I work around it with just doing "xset -dpms" and it's not a big deal,
but I thought I'd report it anyway, since there are actual debug
messages, and maybe there's a better way to handle it. Does anybody

Unfortunately, it was a false lead. Disabling iGPU didn't help in any way on

Additionally, I take back the "less pauses in 3.18.0 and later" thing. 3.18.1

Hi Dave,
As I already said here [1], I'd really like to have the Atmel HLCDC driver
merged in 3.20 (it's already floating around for quite some time now).
So, unless someone complain about this version, I plan to send a PR soon,
is that okay for you ?

I think that right now i915 doesn't use the fence stuff yet so it's probably
not causing the problem, still it would be useful to check.

We need to wait for the GPUVM flush to complete. There
was some confusion as to how this mechanism was supposed
to work. The operation is not atomic. For GPU initiated
