Probably this is a known bug with GL_EXT_TEXTURE_ARRAY in Unigine engines and
glsl < 1.30. IIRR they are using the extension without enabling it in the
shaders.

the hack suggests it fixes a problem on Evergreen. The problem might have been

Revert texture hack
Revert the relevant commit.
This results in good graphics with both glx
