When we switch the display mux, also switch
the i2c mux. Also use the start and finish
methods to let the sbios know that the switch
is happening.

I compiled a new kernel snapshot which had the patch, and nexuiz works fine,
colors are good, brightness is good (even in ultra mode), and it didn't crash
(so far).
