I just connected to the laptop with ssh and triggered the effect and I couldn't
see any high CPU usage during the test (at least with htop)

Hi all,
This adds support to drm_mm to do range-restricted eviction scans with my
fair-lru scan functions. This is used in a experimental patchset to use
bigger gtt apertures on intel hw. I'm aiming this at 2.6.38 but sending
it out early to solict input.

Pretty trivial, one idr log spam in nouveau, the radeon fix is only for
people with switchable, and a ttm fix.
