Hi!
I'm using Dovecot 1.1.15 on OpenBSD 4.4.
How can I debug this?

Hi!
I'm trying to set up SQL based dict quota. The quota is working, gets
updated but I had to configure really loose file permission to make it
work:
dovecot.conf:
dict {
quota = pgsql:/etc/dovecot/dovecot_dict-sql.conf
}
service dict {
unix_listener dict {

Hi!
I noticed these messages in my logs. It seems that the user checked the
"encrypted password" in her outlook or something, and wants NTLM auth.
I'm storing all the passwords as SSHA256, and when the user tries to
auth, this happens:

Hi!
I've upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.0.12. I've experienced errors during

Hi!
I've upgraded to 2.0.3 from 1.2, and it is so far so good. I especially
like the new doveadm tool.
I have only one tiny problem:
Every time I try to upload a message to the server (eg. to a 'Sent'
folder, while sending a message), it fails with an error saying I'm over
my quota.

Hi!
Is it necessary for Dovecot2 to send it a SIGHUP when I rotate its log
files?
I'm asking because then I must turn off the 'shutdown_clients' option,
because then every user gets disconnected while rotating the logs.

I've upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2, and one thing I noticed, that when running

Hi!
I'm gonna need to use dovecot's auth-client socket in an authentication
program. Now the auth-client socket is only used by my MTA, which is postfix.
Because postfix's smtpd process (which uses the auth-client socket) runs
chrooted under postfix's spool directory, I must create the auth-cli

Hi!
Here is the problem:
passdb:
daniell:*::user=daniell2
userdb:
daniell2::uid:gid:gecos:home::
dovecot.conf:
plugin {
expire = SA.* 1
# (There are SA.HAM and SA.SPAM directories)
}
When copying a message to eg. the SA.HAM directory, then dovecot inserts this
into my expires table:

Hmm, I had to HUP the dovecot process. Interesting, I don't remember one had
to HUP dovecot if the userdb/passdb has been changed...
Never mind, it is working now.

Hi!
I'm trying to get information about a server certificate from a
pigeonhole sieve server.
Various connection attempts show only "wrong version number" or "unknown
