I'm using postfixadmin without too many issues. What's your problem with it?
Also using the RoundCube sieve plugin with not to many problems either.

Storing my users and quota in MySQL,running Dovecot 1.2.16, and
followed the page at http://wiki1.dovecot.org/Quota/Dict I'm burning
my eyes trying to find any syntax issues but can't. I'm including
output of dovecot -n and the quota2 table schema below.

I'm hoping that this isn't something stupid and that I'm not wasting
bandwidth here, but I'm stuck and don't know any further ways of
debugging this. And most non-documentation, end-user created info I

'virtual' for the LDA. I tried the 'dovecot' LDA to enable Sieve but
ran into trouble with aliases. With domain "some-domain.com" being an
alias to "somedomain.com", mail sent to *...@somedomain.com would be
