Yesterday I upgraded dovecot from 1.1.16 to 1.2.4 using portupgrade
I am now getting the following messages in the log file:
Sep 23 12:00:41 imap-login: Fatal: Can't load certificate file
/etc/ssl/imaps.example.org.csr: The file doesn't contain a certificate.
The certificate file contains exa
e-mails which are no more
there in mbox (INBOX)?

messages (which is exactly what I wanted)
'mirror' is for 2 way syncing but for CONVERTING, in most cases,
one needs 1 way syncing (backup)
Possibly the dsync man page also needs this change.

I just have a minor question. (Using Fedora 16)
My current dovecot (2.2.10) was compiled with db4 (4.8.30).
I am thinking of recompiling same dovecot (2.2.10) with
libdb (5.2.36).
I will be trying on live server so just wanted to know if
this will this break any indexing or anything e
ly if someone specifically wants 1024 or lower.
