unable to configure the ssl certificate in email client

Hi Friends, I have installed ssl certificate on my centos 7 server and website is working fine with https. But email client outlook and thunderbird unable to configure it. The certificate unable installed and import these above email clients when tried to configure the email account. Anyone help
