Since we upgrade all our users's PC with Thunderbird 3(.0.1)
many of them have a problem with email that move back to unread
status even after they have read them.
The problem does not occured with Thunderbird 2
Is this problem Dovecot related ?
Do you have the same trouble ?

No, the Problem is on TB's aka Mozilla's side. Downgrading to 3.0.0
should not help at all. The "CONSTORE" command is not handled correctly
by TB, s
Or you can run any TB 3 version, just turn off CONDSTORE support in the
config. Doing so won't hurt anything.
