We have upgraded the dovecot from 1.0 to 1.2.8. After
upgradation we have noticed that dovecot deliver process is utilizing a lot
of CPU. As a result the mailsystem will stop working. When we limit the no
of procs in postfix for dovecot deliver the CPU usage will come down. But

I use Xdove 1.2 on my ts-409 together with IMAP/dovecot. I like to see
the same folder structure on my different workstation (private/work ...).
I move the mails into the folder structure I created. That works fine.
But since I use Xdove with IMAP I have the problem that my mailclient

I haven't been able to make this work. I've experimented with
different settings in my dovecot.conf for hours.
I have a simple single user ubuntu setup, nothing fancy and would just
like to have a virtual "unread" folder of my main INBOX, for use with
Squirrelmail

Hello,
There seems to be a bug which can affect systems using PostgreSQL as a
user or password database.
Usually there is just one postgres connection, but if the query fails for
any reason, the failed connection is left open and dovecot will keep
opening new connections for each auth attempt.
