This is the problem. The line "INBOX=/export/mbox/migrate/%u/%u" is what
creates the .user directory.
We had to go with %u/%u because if %u is a file you get the error:

That's what I thought , but maybe I'm out of luck in this question!

In dovecot.conf:

And in /etc/dovecot/acl I have two folders:
.Trash
and

(Just for testing purpose)
