I have an courier IMAP server running. To get sib dirs working I had to
rename them all to begin with a period ".".
e.g
Maildir
Maildir/{cur,new,tmp}
Maildir/.account1/{cur,new,tmp}
Maildir/.account2/{cur,new,tm
