The single useful item in the entire binaries/win32 tree is from readme, just
need to identify a logical place under http://httpd.apache.org/ to track this
single item;
Popular options for deploying
Agreed the windows tree was based on shipping binaries, which a full
handful or more different
groups now do, independent of the ASF. I think that directory can simply
disappear.
