you so they can be submitted. Also he already has a GitHub account but needs
help with setting it up, and doing PR's for us. How did you connect you GitHub
account before you became a committer?

I'll be happy to deal with the Calc chapters. I've been busy with other
duties but I can make the time to commit the latest Calc chapters. Let me
go through my email tonight and see if I have chapters 1 - 6 there. If I'm
missing any or have doubts, I'll send a message to this list.
