As we stated in the meeting and in our chairs actions, we're going to run
regular call for adoptions over next few months.

I support adoption, with the caveat that either the draft name should
be updated with something like s/powerbind/delegation-only-dnssec/, or
the draft should describe why it is being called "powerbind".
