This update attempts to address the issues raised in WGLC
- Add a new section on versioning
- Address issue with CDDL validation relating the Transport flags
We’ve also bitten the bullet (I say we but Jim stepped up heroically for this
:-)) and converted the SVG pictures to glorious AC
