I have one query regarding DNS cache maintaince in dns stub resolver(DNS client Not server side cache maintainence),
Whether DNS Cache should be based on per server address or based on
FQDN only.
1. Query1: Domain name: "google.com" DNS IP: DNS_SERVER_1 -

I am implementing stub resolver- means resolver is not sharing any
databse with server. It recives data throgh only network.
My scenario is -

be stored in DNS Cache
Meanwhile,DNS Server IP got changed by provis

Is anywhere in RFC they have mentioned about DNS cache can be based on
FQDN, QUERY TYPE (we are ignoring the class as it is always INTERNET(IN)).

I am confused in implimenting DNS client for v6 /v4(it
should support for both), Should I send records or A records for
any request , is it possible in a sigle qury to resolve(v4/v6) address.
