As another enthusiastic follower of this document, I appreciate the suggestions
from Gianpaolo here.
Looking at the document, in section 5.3, it does cover some of the suggestions,
particularly that the extra-text MUST be over encrypted DNS, and MUST NOT be
opportunistic.

Internet-Draft draft-ietf-dnsop-dns-error-reporting-06.txt is now available.
It is a work item of the Domain Name System Operations (DNSOP) WG of the IETF.
