Here, resolving a 'dig -x' of an IPv6 address, you see the minimised
requests (just "NS arpa" to the root, for instance)

I think there’s something elided from that sentence, since, irrespective of
semantics, “An outcome of that the convention …” isn’t even
grammatically-correct English.
