Is there a way (other than restarting dnsmasq) to get it to notice
changes to files in /etc/dnsmasq.d?
I have a blacklist file which I put in /etc/dnsmasq.d and, obviously,
when the file is updated I want dnsmasq to notice any changes in the
file.
