Rspamd for Devuan 3 Beowulf is at version 1.8.1 where as Ubuntu 18.04
Bionic is on 2.5.
However, it appears that you can't install Ubuntu or Debian's version of
Rspamd packages because they depend on hyperscan4 and Beowulf ships with
hyperscan5?
Has anyone got a version or a source of

That is impossible because of a catch-22.It is not even possible to
deinstall/purge
libsystemd0it seems to be there to

requirement is provided by libelogind0. In any case, libelogind0 will
be a stand-in for libsystemd0. If apt chose to remove packages you use,
you can still install them back after.
