Hi,
I just found today the post[0] of Petter Reinholdtsen, one of the
sysvinit maintainer of debian.
While I agree that it is good that they migrate to git, I hear the
arrogance in "and there probably will be until systemd start working on

Hi Aitor,
Thanks for providing versions in pdf and odt, that should be helpful for
offline reading.
linuxito is also working on Spanish translations in git on the es branch, so
you should be able to see what's already done and maybe integrate that.
Many thanks to you both.

Dear Dev1rs,
it has been a few days since Devuan ASCII 2.0.0 Beta was released, and
we thought it would be nice to look at some stats we have collected on
our servers (i.e., without considering downloads from mirrors). You
find the numbers below.
On a related note, Devuan has risen to the 11th p

That would be welcome, thank you.
When you are done please send me an attachment off list, and I will work on
adding that.

I have thought the whole issue of his supposed suicide was murky. If you
ever heard/watched any of his lectures or read any of his writings
regarding the early days of Linux and Debian, he never struck me remotely
as being high strung and suicidal. His death was a complete shock to many
people.

Hello,
I wish to know if anyone has had issues installing Devuan Ascii Beta
2.0.0 with cryptsetup partitions on 32 bit systems using the graphical
install. I did today, and when I got to defining the partitioning and
filesystem layout, I set:
/dev/sda1 -> ext4 -> /boot
/dev/sda2 -> sda2_

Ian's personal life was at times at great odds with what we know of Ian as
a public person. This became known to me while Ian was running Progeny
Linux Systems. I hired Ian for that position, helped to arrange the funding
for that company, and was its chairman of the board.

It turns out the ASCII migration page is still correct, so it's available to
