For Strech there looks to be something blocking that for now, and xorg is
getting removed during dist-upgrade. After removing network-manager that didn't
seem to be an issue, but systemd will block that when trying to upgrade
network-manager (and eudev) first.

Thanks for providing versions in pdf and odt, that should be helpful for
offline reading.
linuxito is also working on Spanish translations in git on the es branch, so
you should be able to see what's already done and maybe integrate that.

A few things have been happening at my wiki lately.
Since the Devuan Jessie release I have retested the correct ways to migrate to
Devuan, etc and how to iron out those bumps. Devuan has improved and made
changes since I first started so there have been many corrections and
improvements.
