We need to re-import xfce4-power-manager (as we did with xfce4-session) - it
recommends libpam-systemd, which pulls in systemd in the default installation.

Hello,
I'm currently investigating various reports of session/power management related
issues.
Please let me know if you see either:
- Greyed-out shutdown/reboot buttons in LightDM or Xfce
- Shutdown/reboot buttons which do nothing when clicked
Thank you,
Dima

Definitely, I think we want to maintain a healthy relationship with the Xfce
camp. They forked ConsoleKit (https://github.com/consolekit2/consolekit2) and
enhanced it with some logind-like functionality.

It will take some time until this code matures, but knowing it works on the
pre-alpha is pretty comforting :)
Keep up the good work!

y like DWN. I see it a less
technical newsletter, which is less about development (e.g new packages in the
repository) and organizational stuff, but more about recent events end-users
care about (e.g upcoming releases, a wallpaper contest or even gatherings).
