I did install in BIOS mode if that's the better term.
The mobo is 5 or 6 years old and if I recall correctly things were very
much up in the air about uefi when it first came out.
I've had a few systems on this box and always in bios mode.
For whatever reason, Devuan installed correctly b
that install worked so now I have a dual
boot Kali - Devuan desktop system.
