to heroku's servers.
I'm attempting this now and running into issues regarding libjasper.so.1.
The community and documentation around geodjango seems quite thin..

The dockerized app successfully uploads and the code is hosted on Heroku's
docker container registry. I can shell inside, run `python manage.py
migrate` or `./manage.py runserver`, etc.
So the chokepoint likely seems to be the daphne command I'm running.
`web: daphne config.asgi:application
Is this even done server side? Or does it need to be implemented with js
for the client?
I ask because it appears that my connection repeatedly before or during the
attempt to connect. It only happens when uploaded to Heroku's servers as
well.
