If you replace the space by "-" , then it eill fix your issue.
Ex: "garden city" as "garden-city"

In url.py module
Try this
urlpatterns = patterns('',
(r'^$', '..views.hello'),
)
instead of
from mysite.views import hello
urlpatterns = patterns('',
('^hello/$', hello),
)
